  • Peanuts, peanut butter and pistachio, all teas and coffees, except herbal teas
  • Avoid eating any product made with yeast or mold: peanuts, alcohol, corn products etc
  • Wheat products such as: alcohol (especially beer), wheat, rye, and oat or barley grain
  • Tuna, swordfish, shark and shellfish contain high levels of mercury
